I work in a considered way — taking on a small number of commissions each year so that every cake and experience has the time, attention, and care it deserves.
My work is led by feeling as much as form. I’m drawn to texture, atmosphere, and thoughtful detail, creating cakes and tables that feel calm, personal, and quietly memorable.
Rather than rushing from one project to the next, I choose to work within clear limits, allowing space for creativity, craftsmanship, and connection.
Whether I’m designing a bespoke wedding cake, creating a refined considered cake, or hosting an intimate afternoon tea, my approach is the same:
intentional, unhurried, and rooted in care.

For wedding cakes and afternoon tea experiences, I recommend getting in touch as soon as you have a date and venue in mind. I take on a limited number of commissions each year, and availability can fill quickly.
For Considered Cakes, shorter notice may sometimes be possible, depending on my diary.
We offer a wide range of flavors for our wedding cakes, including classic vanilla, chocolate, and red velvet, as well as unique flavors like lemon raspberry and salted caramel.
Cake tastings are offered for bespoke wedding cakes once availability has been confirmed and we’ve had an initial conversation about your plans.
This allows tastings to feel purposeful and considered, rather than rushed.
I’m always happy to take inspiration from images you love, but I don’t recreate designs exactly. Every cake is created individually, allowing it to feel personal and reflective of you.

Bespoke wedding cakes are fondant-finished and designed with handcrafted sugar flowers, while Considered Cakes offer a softer, more understated finish using buttercream or ganache.
Yes. Delivery and set-up are arranged thoughtfully based on your venue and the design of your cake.
Some cakes are assembled on site, and table styling can also be included where appropriate.
